We offer a straightforward 7-day return policy. This means you have exactly 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • Eligibility Criteria for Returns:
    • The watch must be in the exact same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, and unaltered.
    • It must have all the original packaging, protective plastic films/stickers, price tags, user manuals, and warranty cards intact.
    • Any item that shows signs of wear, scratches, or modification will not be accepted for a return.

3. How to Initiate a Return (Step-by-Step)

  2. Approval: Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours. Once approved, we will notify you via email or SMS.
  3. Pickup / Shipping: We will arrange a reverse pickup from your delivery address at no extra cost to you. If reverse pickup is not available at your pin code, we will guide you on how to ship it back to us, and we will reimburse the shipping cost.

4. Refunds & Payment Methods

Once we receive your returned item at our facility, it will undergo a quality inspection. Upon successful inspection, your refund will be processed immediately.

  • Prepaid Orders (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI): The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during checkout. It usually takes 5 to 7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For orders placed via COD, our customer support team will contact you securely via email or phone to collect your Bank Account Details (Account Holder Name, Account Number, and IFSC Code) or UPI ID. The refund will be transferred via IMPS/NEFT within 5 to 7 business days after the return inspection is complete.
