We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Payment information is always encrypted during transfer over networks via secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways.

3. Accuracy of Pricing and Product Information

  • Currency: All prices listed on our website are strictly in Indian Rupees (INR – ₹).

  • Price Changes: Prices for our watches are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice.

  • Errors: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we have the right to cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed and payment processed. If your payment has already been made, we will immediately issue a full refund.

4. Billing, Payments, and Order Accuracy

We offer both Prepaid (UPI, Cards, Net Banking) and Cash on Delivery (COD) payment methods.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order.

  • These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

  • For COD Orders, our team reserves the right to contact you via phone call or WhatsApp to verify the delivery address before shipping. If the verification fails or goes unanswered, the order may be canceled.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We provide 100% Free Shipping on all orders across India. While we strive to deliver products within standard timelines (usually 3–7 business days), delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed due to external logistics factors.

6. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Your purchase, cancellation, and return of any product are strictly governed by our standalone Cancellation & Return Policy, which allows for:

  • ₹0 Cancellation fee before the product is dispatched.

  • A transparent 7-Day Return window from the date of delivery for unused and unaltered products.

7. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as watch designs, text, graphics, logos, button icons, and images under the brand name Judge, is the exclusive property of Judge and protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, Delhi.
